guys, yey i found my student ID (*i tot its lost LOL), so monday i try get late shift.

anyway, so i go telekom, say i wan get unipack, and get form.

then i go to my U and get it chop.

then go back to telekom to submit the form, and go back to office is tat simple right?

coz the streamyx is under my name, and i'm gonna register under my own student ID too. how bout my home number, which is under my mum's name? and expected to have 1 week no internet?

if let's say 1 week no internet, i can use my grandma's house's streamyx account to login at my home too right?

damn it, is a must to get my uni's chop?
cos my uni is in perlis while i m in KL currently

finally my upgrade approve. they released port to me. now waiting installer come and test only. ^^

u upgrade from 1m to 4m? isit need to fill the form again or just go to tmpoint and ask them for upgrade only?

yea ...i upgrade from 1m to 4m too...now everything is settle ...juz wait for my netbook ... 

so much complaint here regarding streamyx installation 
submit my application on thursday, they came and install streamyx the next monday. 

any can tell me usually they tell the quarantine period is 1 months ..but i think not exactly 1 month right.........any 1 encounter this? or 3 week can call them oredi?1 month without internet is so really f***ing suffering..........now even over 1 week only ...

btw @ pitywoman , did u need to get the form chop by uni again for upgrading from 1mbps unipack to 4mbps unipack ?

From what i experienced, my line was activated on 16MAY, the technician said it`ll be updated to 4mbps in 3days time. Until now, i still suffering 1.6mbps download speed. =(

I called him eventually, after an hour waiting since the appointment is 2pm..But no answer from him...

it should have a recovery partition in the netbook, usually is done for laptop instead of using CD/DVD, couldn't confirm tho, i havent receive my netbook

and also yesterday i call to 100 ™ they check and taking long time at the end they say must go to TM Point that i apply UNI PACK to check the status.
