any can tell me usually they tell the quarantine period is 1 months ..but i think not exactly 1 month right.........any 1 encounter this? or 3 week can call them oredi?1 month without internet is so really f***ing suffering..........now even over 1 week only ...

submit my application on thursday, they came and install streamyx the next monday. |

i'm trying to check my netbook status
my line is activated by 10/5/2010 so today 23/5/2010 is consider 2 week already ? the number 1 800 88 6998 from the FAQ and i called no one is listen, because of saturday and sunday ? and also yesterday i call to 100 they check and taking long time at the end they say must go to TM Point that i apply UNI PACK to check the status. Any Advise ? |

yes buddy. upgrading from 1mbps to 4mbps. actually they need a chop from ur u again, but i told her that juz activated, and she told me nvm about the chop. btw, how they gonna charge it? erm upgrading within two weeks. and will we be charged for upgradig? as d installer need come to our house.
