ya my streamyx was activated on 1 Jun...ytd HP ppl called me and told me they will send netbook tmr which mean today...i also din check order number...just wait bah eventually they will call u

u can't call hp to upgrade ur batt to 6cell... and ram

u can only bring it to hp authorised center to do it ... this is becoz the netbook is bill under TM ... u cannot amend the order .... u only can accept it only....

i just submit the form today but they tick 1mbps for the combo package while my area support up to 4mbps

when the technician come and install, can I ask them to install for 4 mbps or need to go to tmpoint?

install 1mbps 1st , then later go upgrade after u get ur netbook

if u ask for 4mbps , and later no port or for wateva reason , u will delay the installation

this is my situation:
I terminated my old streamyx account on 7 June 2010 and received the termination slip as well...(Cool unipack form havent hand in)
I just checked my order status through the website provided in the 1st post, it stated there termination is complete...
can i go to tmpoint to submit the form now?
the application will proceed immediately after the form handed in?
i appreciate if anyone can ans me...thanks

so u cant use ur streamyx dy?...

if u are on the cooling off period, u can submit ur form, but still needa wait for some time for them to get back to u on the fixing of new streamyx...

but honestly, u can submit oredy..do it like 2MOLO...asap..so that it can be in queue..
