I've ext dvd writer Samsung SE-S08 but it isn't working well right now cannot read the dvds. I've cleaned it using cd-rom lens cleaner but the poblem persist. It is 1 1/2 yr old, wat the problem? any idea? tq.

ask whether the shop can help u to claim warranty.

i think the best way is to claim warranty rather than figure it out by ourselves

but what I'm wondering is, it can easily read the dvd that came together in the box when I bought this slim samsung dvd writer.
