Freehold or leasehold? Original condition or renovated? Happy Garden is a mature housing area. Prices generally do not fluctuate, and rises slowly but gradually. Now is as good as any other time to buy it. In fact, if you need to do renovations ( Happy Garden houses are generally pretty old ) you should buy it soonest, and start on it before material prices go up further.

Double Storey Corner RM600K in Happy Garden, OKR is good price regardless leasehold or freehold. Coz demand outweight supply in this area.

depends on the interior lo .. if it is renovated and still in good condition ... the price should be ok wink.gif

Happy Garden is a much sought after area. Well connected by highways. Price drop? Very unlikely.
