95 % , so much.. bank is depend on how many salary u r, if the higher the salary u r, then u may offer for 90% above..

I from mbb, u may take home loan up to 95% (90%+5% for legal fees and MRTA), tenure would be 30 yrs/age 60, and for degree/professional extend to 40 yrs/age 65. Any request subject to approval, term and condition. nod.gif

most of the bank offer 90% only....

95% most of the time they include lawyer fees + MRTA

@loveproperty,
If the property you're currently looking at is still under construction, perhaps U could check with the developer who the panel of bankers are and speak with them. Sometimes the developer would have gotten exclusive rates from the bank.

I think PBB can offer up to 100% and also they have max repayment tenure 40/70 years old. You can try asking PBB.

I guess what lordsapt is trying to say is that if one can't even afford the 10% downpayment and can only pay up a 5% dp, then he/she should be thinking twice about buying said property. As the financial condition might not be so sound, smile.gif
