I was confuse with fixed payment, if fix payment based on course structure offer for particular year it okay for me, but if fix payment based on full cost of course degree we take it is not okay for me . (meaning rm50,000/4years =12500 per year makes me sick, because there is a semester for particular training, i hope that it is not based on full cost )
