If you are suppose to take that subject according to the course structure, make a request to the faculty assistant managet to increase the capacity. Subjects with prerequisite, no can do.

Hi there,
I also facing the same problem. If i make a request to the faculty assistant manager, how likely it will be successful?
*
If you are suppose to take that subject according to the structure with no abnomalities, 100% successful. However, this only applies if there are no other (least popular) slots available, but then again increasing 1-5 places is not a big deal.

Yes, you need to attend all. If you notice, those are consecutive lessons of 2-3 hours. It is the norm to be stated on per hour basis.

*
Other new users like Peachie can log in. Either you use the wrong username/pwd or something is wrong with the system. If it's the latter, contact the person-in-charge (bottom left corner of mmls page), they are quite efficient esp Mr. Maizan.

guys, i've heard that the first week of lesson does not consist of tutorial and the lecture are only for a while(half an hour till 1hr) as the lecturer is just explaining what he will teach at the semester, is that true?
*
Not necessary true. Depends on your lecturers. I would start my lecture already. Tutorial usually after end of the chapters, or week 2 depending on the class schedule smile.gif

i have 2 sessions for tis subject . 2hours on weds and 2hours on fri. so it means i do not need to attend those classes for this week 1 , rite ? :S how or where do i check wether my group is using the lab or not ? confused
*
i believe the 2 sessions are for other groups as according to the annoucement posted. usually the faculty will release lab schedules according to groupings, you may check from there. but to be sure, i'd advise you to ask the lecturer himself/herself. wouldnt want you to miss anything.

Hi, I'm new in mmu and now in bachelor degree studies. Very confused sad.gif

Can I know what means by credit transfer?
let's say for engineering, the total credit transfer is 139, and you are granted credit transfer for 1 subject of 3 credits, thus you only need to take 136 and get 'credit' for the one you transfered.

If I transfer credit from my previous result, then if my previous result got B, after transferring it will be B also?
yes, but it will not be counted in the overall results.

I still need to pay for examination fees after credit transfer?
No, since you dont have to take that subject.

Do I need to still attend classes after credit transfer?
No, refer above

Where to do credit transfer?
faculty office, fill in the credit transfer form

I got a few list of subjects I want to do credit transfer as I am transferred from another college to here. Just wondering what are the terms and conditions.  rclxub.gif
the panel will look at the course equivalency and see if it's fit to grant you credit, forget how many percentage matching.

And where to get the MMU sticker for parking?  icon_question.gif
get the form (buletin board), pay at finance, bring receipt and completed form to security office.

Thanks for the answers.

So if I credit transfer, I got back the same result from my previous exam, and if I got a B grade means that my GPA will get B level GPA? Correct me if I'm wrong.

Most of my previous grades are not that good.  sad.gif
*
i doubt it will be counted for GPA calculation anymore.
