crap... after 4 years, my NDSL top screen finally died

now it show as white washed screen with few lines...

now need to adjust adjust the angle of the top screen until it can show properly again, touch a bit then poof, the top screen gone again

i think it's the signal ribbon giving issue, any idea if I can just change the ribbon? or need to replace the whole screen?

and any idea on the cost of replacing the whole top screen?

I can't remember who has that problem before.

my ds lite already 1 year+(bought in november 2008).. still alright. touch wood even though i dont really play my ds nowadays..(more like a "paperweight" now)
