I am looking for orphan children to tutor around the Penang FTZ area. Most charity homes are in Georgetown which is too far for me. There seems to be only one charity home in Permatang Damar Laut - Rumah Kebajikan Seri Cahaya - that is in this area.

My concern about giving charity here is that I want to communicate only in English. I cannot speak BM fluently as I've given up on the language.

I wonder if there are any other homes/centres that I could help to give tutelage?
