It could be your console setting that prevent the autoload.
It also could be your DVD drive failed on the disc lookup due to excessive reading from cheapo DVD.....
Game doesn't load automatically

Yeah, man made stuff is full of glitches....
As long as it does not appeared as impacting the major functionality then it should be ok. My concole got a weird clicks on & off and I just ignore it and I'm pretty sure it's my butchered 250GB HDD giving that sound coz I got it after I changed the HDD |
