Can cancel it after one month?

once you paid the rm150 during the sign up, u will get the modem as free..
only cons of this is you won't get back the rm150 even if you terminate it after 1 months.
best is to use it for the full 5 months as you will be getting rm30 rebate for the 1st 5 months.

er..im trapped in this situation.

i got myself the 5 months contract, free 3G modem package from maxis last month. paid rm150 for everything for the contract and got my modem with the simcard. from my own understanding, it is unlimited 3G for me, but once it reaches 1.5GB quota, i suffer the speed loss.i dun mind.

however, it's 1 month then, and i received this invoice to my fixed address, so i check online again..same statement.



my question is:
1) i tot it is a 1 time hassle package, where rm150 for 5months is the contract..how come still got unpaid value there?
2) isn't it unlimited usage till 1.5GB or FOC surfing with speed loss then?
3) anyone can explain to me how i elaborate this statement?

what happened to maxis in pekan, pahang? said have HSDPA/3G coverage, but my modem and my phone never get the HSDPA/3G..

speedtest using my friend's sim card, 3GB package, just about a week subscribe, for most of the time cannot load page completely..

the speedtest is using my modem (Sierra Wireless Apex), quite okay. but when using his modem (maxis promotion modem, the ball-alike modem) for most of the time none of page can successfully loaded, the modem (maxis modem) always indicated GPRS or EDGE only, not stable, never get HSDPA/3G..

the dealer said it support speed up to 7.2mbps, but only GPRS/EDGE got when using that modem..
