Evening.


Currently living in Ampang but will move soon to K.L, Kota Damansara, Klang Valley.

Using Streamyx 4MB at the moment but plan to end it.


If I register with Maxis broadband, I'll be using Ampang address.


1. Can I change address once I moved to K.L?

2. Free modem; tiny like the thumb drive?
No need telephone line correct?
Me still a noob on this wireless thing tongue.gif

3. RM48 a month package, registration how much in total?

4. Can register in any Maxis branch? Me in Kosas, Ampang.

5. Can upgrade to RM68 or better anytime?

Registered for 6GB (RM98).

Will see how good/bad.

Let say heard lightning outside...shutdown our PC? biggrin.gif

How do you guys download files from Megaupload and Fileserve?

I bypassed it with Streamyx 4MB.

Can't seem to do it with Maxis BB.

Afternoon.

We as customers MUST know our Maxis BB password correct?
I registered at Orange Mobile Ampang Point.

Can we call Maxis as ask for it?
So that we can change it and we're the only one who knew.

I tried to 'View' but can't seem to edit anything.

The only way to solve it is to 'Add' a new Postpaid connection.

But we need to delete the current Postpaid connection.

Even if we did all that, I don't know the password of my Maxis BB.

Went to Maxis web site and register account and choose 'FTTH Home Broadband'?
Me using Maxis BB 6GB.

I'm such a newbie in wireless bb.
6GB for RM98....I thought UNLIMITED use monthly.

But once reached 6GB...need to topup from three(3) package.

Now I know.

Stopping Maxis and any other wireless bb now.

I return the modem tomorrow at Orange Mobile.

But you're referring to Maxis.
