Actually, no need of waiting for 10 o'clock for the connection to slow down. It's slow as soon as the sky turns dark, sometimes before

Guess they've overdone their promotion. It was perfect in early April, and gets worse day by day.

I suppose the problem is somewhat gone? The speed as of 11.23PM is considerably slower than morning, but is still very much usable, with some refresh in between.

QUOTE(Servantforever @ Jul 23 2010, 11:41 AM) 389rm only and it has connector for external antenna to gain higher signal. But eventhough without antenna it already gain high signal. I no longer use my USB modem or Iphone/N900 as a modem. Instead I can surf through my laptop, Iphone and N900 at the same time using that reuter from my unlimited maxis broadband simcard. The B932 is a WiFi 3G modem? It runs on its own battery? If yes then should be fun, just one 3G broadband to power all device, no need to switch sim card and all.Added on July 23, 2010, 12:16 pm ![]() this afternoon at my kampung,Kuala Kangsar Perak, with B932 shared by 4 devices. |

QUOTE(Desmondyap @ Aug 3 2010, 09:05 PM) I just got my maxis bb and this is the first time i'm using wireless bb. so i'm wondering why it needs Micro SD card, and wat's the effect if we didnt put in the memory card? You don't have to insert any microSD to your modem for it to work. IT's just an additional feature to make your modem a card reader.QUOTE(ameyhazuan @ Aug 3 2010, 09:56 PM) Ok, new stocks came in yesterday. I tried today and this was the result. Would appreciate if you can compare the results to E1762.USB Device: Sierra AirCard 880U. Signal at 81 dBm » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « I'll get the video later. QUOTE(Servantforever @ Aug 7 2010, 03:57 PM) I subscribed it by mistake actually I wanted to buy an Iphone with the 98rm data plan but the agent did the mistake. After that I called the customer service and they confirmed it that my plan is the unlimited one and I have to pay 99rm instead of 98rm! iData 3 for RM99 has a 3GB quota. I don't see any RM98 package. |

Morning speed, downloading from MU can reach 500+ kbps. At night can only get 10% of such speed.
