why maxis doesn't record usage after limit reached?
it say 0.000 mb everytime login
and how to pay the extra 500mb or booster?
is it included in bill for next month or u have to pay first?

better subscribe the unlimited data usage like I did. No need to pening kepala about the data usage anymore.

normally 1st month they give you double your quota.. (i realize it on my maxisbb n my 2 friends n few forumers here)
dont buy booster before you got capped...
no extra charges for usage after quota...

if you purchase booster.. it will be charge in your bill.

Tried for 2 days but not really satisfied with the speed. Speed going up and down.

Most of the time only get 0.XX speed from speedtest, at Klang area.

what are the differences of E1552 and E1762 modem offered by maxis?

the E1762 is a newer ones...not much difference..

I'm using E1762.
Anyone still got the E220 model? Anyone interested in swapping?
I have a feeling that E220 has a better signal reception.

Anyone use maxis bb at BU12 area? how's the speed there?

The E1552 model only supports up to 3.6mbps. The E1762 supports up to 7.2mbps + antenna slot for reaching higher signal + microsd slot.

this happen exactly to me this morning. I used up all my quota but surprisingly this morning I tried downloading some youtube videos and got up to 200+kbps.

When I came back and tried again this evening everything went back to normal

Any explanation to this? Is Maxis having some glitch we could bypass?

I just got my maxis bb and this is the first time i'm using wireless bb. so i'm wondering why it needs Micro SD card, and wat's the effect if we didnt put in the memory card?

Ok, new stocks came in yesterday. I tried today and this was the result.

USB Device: Sierra AirCard 880U. Signal at 81 dBm

You don't have to insert any microSD to your modem for it to work. IT's just an additional feature to make your modem a card reader.

Would appreciate if you can compare the results to E1762.

Is it everyone, or just me? I can't load google.
I've been using Maxis BB (recently switched to 1.5GB 4 days ago) and now I can't even load google, facebook, gmail, youtube, sign in to google talk, blogger etc.
Already got 4 quota message in an hour :|
