guys, i just registered my maxis wireless broadband on monday... its activated already, but the speed is not as what i'm expected....i registered for the 6gb plan, but now i think i want to change to 3gb plan, is that possible? do i need to go to maxis center or i just need to call them?

now i start to feel slowness on the fb games like mention by jefferson

yeah  agree,today i just terminated u mobile account coz of limited coverage. Bcoz i always travelling today i just signup maxis 1.5GB. In my living in teluk gadong, klang maxis got Hspda but this is maxis speed



I was thinking to get u mobile prepaid broadband coz the speed is more n more n more better in my area.

Connection at Klang so bad.

Only midnight usable, daytime normal surfing ok ok.

Want to play starcraft 2 with it also cannot, sure DC half way. Been like this for the whole month.

How if i SMS? Did Maxis will include the charges into my monthly bill?

guys,1 question here,if my fren and I surf the net at the same time at the same place,1 is using E1762 connecting to HSPA and another one is using E1552 connecting to HSDPA,is the speed the same?

I think Maxis is capping RM68 package users @ 384Kbps

hi, i am new to maxis bband. i just subscribed to maxis bb on 23rd april (1.5gb rm48). i paid rm100 activation fee. (without modem coz i already have modem and i don't want the contract) at maxis centre kuching.  then, because i don't take the modem, they give me rm33 rebate for first 3 months. so i have to pay just rm15 in 3 months.  . the speed is good compare to celcom. today, then i think i should switch to rm68(3gb) so i just need to pay rm35 per months for 3 months and i will switch to 1.5gb plan on the 4th month. i called maxis bband customer service to upgrade to 3GB plan. he said that the 1st month bill will be based on the pro-rated rate. while the 2nd and 3rd month will be full rm35. i just want to ask what is pro-rated rate, and how to calculate that? i use 1.5gb plan for 2 days and yesterday i still remain 1.1gb. then, if i use more than the quota, the speed will be throttled. is there extra charge when we use more than the quota? please help

i not sure whether kapar got broadband coverage or not...

Can anybody using MAXIS Broadband in Port Klang area give some feedback. How was the service?
