ur package > 128kbps > 64kbps
64kbps is a nightmare

need some help here.. i try to connect to my maxis bb and got the following network connection prompt. "You can't connect before register an available network".

Tested on 2 diff notebook and a pc.. all giving the same error. anyone know what is the problem with it? isit due to my huawei E1762 having problem or what?

been using this for quite some time.. but i juz notice this problem yesterday when I try to use it..

guys..lately..i had a problem with my maxis bb connection..whereby my line constantly change from HSPA to WDCMA and i can't used the internet at all. any help and advice highly appreciated. Using huawei E1762

It's better you call them if there's any problem. If its a problem on their end, you may request for a waiver. Depending on the severity. Say for example, a network issue that prevents you from online for 2 days, ask for a waiver. You'll get something around RM12 or something per day.

There's once a network issue, I got a five day waiver.

i tot i would not c the speed of dial up anymore...

any fix for this? It's so irritating. it happens to me too. I typed in an address and it directs me to mylaunchpad no matter what.

Bring to a maxis kiosk, have them check for you.

Clear cache, clear cookies.

i put the sim into my phone, i'm able to surf net using it.. so we can rule out the problem with the sim card..
may it due to the E1762 setting or something?

its start a week ago..
my broadband got probs where i can connect it but have to wait about 1 minute then only can surf..
after that when open my browser ,some page i cant open it and it always back to this page


i have to change my browser to private browsing then can open this page..

u need to clear your browser cache,

can u tell me how to clear the browser cache?

u can either go to your browser setting and clear the history or you can go to Here to download the software ccleaner ( latest version 3.09.1493 ) and install in your pc or laptop or netbook. this ccleaner can help to clear browser history, cookie and registry error too,.it also can help to control the start up programs when your window start. just 1 click u can clear all your browser cache,. as simple as that..
