if barca really wants cesc 50M is the minimum for a world class player at age 23. if they cant pay that much, it means barca doesnt really wants cesc. but it's just for the sake of the presidential election.

if AW want to replace gallas, he should at least find someone who has lots of experience. i rate koscielny as good as djourou without injuries. but not on par with gallas n verminator.

dont forget that verminator has gallas by his side,which can bring the best out of him.

koscielny is new to BPL from lorient.
some will say he might be like vermalaen. but vermalaen is different in many ways. he played for ajax, bigger club than lorient i think. he was the ajax captain. experience enough to handle pressure. last season, he was with experience gallas in defence department..
so IMHO, koscielny is not our solution for defence department.
we need another guy with experience.
