Mmm, me also bought the Power Support Screen Protector there a few months back... But no issues for that, the SP was applied by the staff perfectly both in front and rear. All i can say it's the best ever compared to my experience before this at another Machines. I think maybe yours was done by a different staff. I'm using this kind of casing, but for iPhone 4. The design at the back is different. I bought it at HERO Sunway Pyramid. There's a few nice casing there for Apple products.
