Found this old thread, I would like to know the current Resident Association Lake Fields, is it includes Dale as well since it's already VPed? I know they carry out their duty at Meadows and Glades.

It's separate i think. The residents of Dale have rounded up to form a Residents Association of their own. got 24-hr security soon. Check it out on facebook under DALE Lake Fields Residents Association.

totally agree, this is a planned township , strategic location, good amenities and walking distance to LRT.
not to mentioned that property with similar BU in Rawang and Kajang are asking for similar price tag..

Still 1.2m in subsales market?
Visited the site last saturday, around 50% occupied, 50% empty, some with the Sales/ Rent banner.
Saw some mat salleh walking out from Dale to have lunch at Papa Rich.
Never thought of this place can attract expats..

Reed triple superlink is asking 1.35mil now although is completed 75%. Expected 1.4 or 1.5 once completed. If Dale asking for 1.4m i think ppls will go for reed instead. Over one mil properties are extremely slow nowadays.

went to visit Dale lake Field...come on...not even have a proper guard hosue with automation gate control...just saw a guard sit there...wehn i drive in, not need register..just wave the hand..when come out...the guard open the gate widely and just let me drive out...and there is no proper fence/gated fecned out the area...

the occupancy rate looks like lower than 50%......road is pretty narrow..not to mention the small garden/park....

That is why....
Grove (Semi D), and Reed ( Superlink), is proper GnG. Reed is strata title Guarded and Gated.
So in terms of safety, Reed is better with small club house + lake as bonus
