Yeap... and on top of that, you feel the burden with the Dr. title, if you are not up-to-date in your area of expertise. But I have seen many doctorates bullshit their way, when they don't know the answer. Just like any field, there are good "doctors" and lousy "doctors"...You don't do one unless your interested in the academic line.
