how to disable the phone dialler vibration ?

haiz my father say nxt year baru can change hp  , stick with my c510 now

Used the phone for fews days dy but still dun feel comfortable with the power button to unlock the screen ( i'm using capdase softjacket which made the button hard to press)
So, anyone has better solution to this except for changing to other protective cover?
