I keep an egg and keep replenishing it. Boil water and make half/hard boil egg with it.

AN egg? Walao that won't fill my tummy at all. Even with 4 half boiled eggs I get hungry again in 45 minutes.

Why not try a  nutritious shake which will give you the necessary nutrients without causing your blood sugar to go high . These shakes are low glycemic which means they will turn to sugar slowly after consuming. Since you wish also to put on some weight these may be the right kind of drinks you need when you take it into between your meals.

They come in 3 flavors - chocolate, strawberry and vanilla. They are packed in convenient sachets which you you can reseal easily- convenient to keep in the office.

May i know which nutritious shakes are you referring to? Sounds very handy rclxms.gif

Pack a lunch
Packing a lunch not only saves you money, but you'll also have complete control over what you eat each day.

Choose healthy options when out for lunch with co-workers
At a business lunch? Most restaurants should have a healthy choice like chicken salad (ditch the condiments and dressings) or a piece of fish baked/broiled with some steamed vegetables. Ask to have any sauces/condiments put on the side.

Stock your desk
Not enough time for a meal at work ? Keep a couple of pre-made protein shakes (a couple scoops of protein powder, some grinded oat powder) in plastic shaker bottles at your desk or in your toolbox. In less than thirty seconds, you can add water and consume this meal.

Be Prepared
Keep your car and workstation stocked with tuna pouches/cans, sleeves of rice cakes, bottled water, dry protein powder in shaker bottles, or canisters of nuts (almonds, walnuts, cashew). Cashew is actually a seed from the fruit called cashew apple ! The next time you have to work late or stuck somewhere without a meal, you'll be prepared !

Out for lunch with co workers:
I usually take chicken rice and anything with lots of chicken and fish. Going to start taking more steamed food too.

Desk:
Planning the same.

Car:
Surely impossible since its under the scorching heat!

Working late @ workstation:
Surely will store those stuffs.

Thanks!

Btw guys, in my case my cafeteria is open most of the time so i can also buy pastries and stock it for tea time. No idea why i never thought of that. I know that they have kuihs but i don't think it's a healthy option.

tea time substitute like a handful of nuts and a cup of green tea infused with peppermint. Peppermint helps to numb your tastebuds a little, reducing your cravings

Protein bars, watch out for ego nutrition, they have some super cheap bars for sale occasionally over a year. I recalled having it cheap before.

I take an apple from 10.30 am to 12 pm. Then eat my own lunch. Then I keep a bunch of oats in the office for pre workout. Damn, I need extra whey with my oats. MONEY...

Guys, i've decided to stock up whey and oats already.

I go to the cafe most of the time during tea break. There's pastries, kuihs, waffles, rojak and a sundry shop.

Out of all the options above, which would be the best tea time meal? I usually take pastries/waffles. Today i realized there's many types of biscuits sold in the cafe too.

Added on July 12, 2010, 10:43 pmFor the whey mixed with the grinded oats, what is the ratio?
