Yeah. I have seen the movie. She is just a cameo in the film. 

I think it boils down to cost too. By doing the slipcase shorter, the studio able to show the silver hot-stamping bluray logo (on the plastic case) without having to print one on its slipcase 

That's the idea..or they are just brainless bunch of idiots.
I dont see the issue coming up with full slipcase instead 3 1/4.

Started collecting blu-ray since May 2008... and these are all my collection to date. There are no hidden copies lying around the house (not a mansion like somebody claimed  ) So this is to clear the air that I'm not an elite... instead many others here in lyn are truly one... My collection are modest...   

85% of my bds are bought cheap (i'm a cheapskate haha ) - through B2G1 sales, discounts, Black Fridays etc... so "pre-orders" are totally out of the picture    I tried to control my purchase and not just blindly or by impulse. Because I've been there and done that before... once:

Yup, I sliced the tags carefully right in the middle with a sharp cutter blade... but sometimes it runs off course and that's when I ripped it out & throw haha...

eh, where did u see LOTR EE in the box? now that u mentioned it, I hv LOTR 2 & 3 EE dvd... but it's not in the box!! oh shoot, where did i put it now??

hey, just like me... I bought the discs first (hellboy + the rock; buy 2 for $30 @ Amazon) before my PS3. But I bought PS3 the same day the parcel reached my home! 

haha... the 2 LOTR EE dvds are in another box not in photo... phew..  bro, even though dvd they r still precious...
