t's the other way around. domestic law does not allow the display of genetilia. however, when exported outside Japan, they are not bound by this limitation.
U can readily buy these off-the-shelf from major AV store in Japan. That's where I got mine, from Akihabara.

on the Avatar steelbook, finally collected the Avatar playing cards. Here's how it looks like:

This isn't the only one damaged. There are dents on the top and bottom of my LoTR steelbook, and top left of Inglorious Basterds. The dents are quite obvious as you can see.
