 Buying n loan house help advice, seeking advice on property investment

well, hello to all...good monday!

actually im very new on this kind of investment and i knew it will give a good profit in long term
right now i have offer from a villager to sell his house RM120k.

it nice house and i been there, it house halaman can put 3 lorry...it was very wide area. it was wood house (belian wood) and the design it nice. near to school which i knew many teacher will searching for house rent to stay. because i'm also a teacher there.

so i realy appriciate any advice on house bank loan or housing advice or tips on related topic so i can gather enough infomation on current housing news icon_question.gif

well, i already walk to two bank now but bank rakyat n cimb bank, next is public bank because so near. still servey the next bank for better loan...but i stay at 140km from miri city, the nearest is public bank.

so any tips here?....i'm very accited right but still think better to find any oppinion on these matter because i'm never bought a house before hahaha

wood house usually hard to get loan i think

really??...well, next time i will ask these to bank to confirm it. thanks.
but that house very nice indeed, it a semi traditional modern village house(just like kg budaya house)
i just thinking to buy then rent it.

the location is good ?
if good can get loan but wood house maybe cant get 90% loan.
bank will be worried about the resell/lelong value.

the location....hmm.., it in village, area luar bandar around 140km from Miri city (more 1 hour drive)
but it took 7 minute to SMK which good for the teacher here because usually teacher from semenanjung will stay outside quarters because of housing elaun from goverment.(which rm500 for luarbnadar teacher). these pace actually undergoing to be develope area...well, new road to miri city will ready anytime now..more building is being constructed.

worried about resell and lelong? hmm.. that might logical... for a bank. never thought about that either

Give them the address and he will find out the value for you...

Don't buy until you can confirm the loan....

I think the property is not on hot selling too...
