32GB RM2600? WiFi or WiFi+3G?

it depend on individual preference. if u think u r going to store alot of HD movie and load of songs into d ipad, then u should go for 64gb or else go for 32GB.

Which part of Australia are you getting it? When I was in Melbourne few weeks ago, all major stores like Myer were out. DFO stores in South Wharf was out too. In the end, stores like Harvey Norman have some limited ones. The 16GB is nowhere to be seen.

Just make sure the sales docket/receipt bears one of their names as printed in their passports with correct address and be double sure the receipt is not a duplicate. It has to be an original one.

I was fortunate. My claim went through smoothly. The couple in front of me wasn't too lucky because their receipt is a duplicate one. Another man in front of them was even more bad luck! He shopped a lot of luxury goods like Channel, etc. The officer was having a problem approving his claims because the value of the goods exceeded a ceiling value. The officer had to forward the claim to his department. Took us 20 darn minutes waiting and in the end no luck for him.

wow.. Rm2600 for 32GB wifi plus 3G before tax refund is very cheap.. lucky for you.

as for me, i just ask my friend to buy 64GB wifi +3G for GBP699 from apple uk store. at first tot will get 10% student discount but later found out that to eligible for the student discount, have to order online... nah.. too much hassle.

lucky for me the currency now for GBP is 4.88000.. means after conversion RM3,411 (before tax refund). he is coming back for good, so after the tax refund the price will be RM2,903 for 64GB wifi +3G. cannot wait to get mine this friday!!! i wonder how happy can i be if i get the 10% student discount... butt enuff is enuff.. i'm happy with RM2,903... compared to the price offered by some seller at Malaysia that reach RM3,899,,.almost RM1k diff. hohoho

The cut sim : notice I did not actually cut it 100 % fit - not really necessary as long can fit in slot ; also notice the top n bottom I have sliced off slightly the gold edges to get it fit into slot. The important areas are the centre portion the 3 parallel lines area. The right edge you must cut carefully not to slice off any of the gold area

Tested -iPad with Celcom Prepaid SIM 

My unit is jailbreak n I successfully download it and has it installed. The download over STREAMYX took 50 mins. First thing notice all my arrangement of icons displaced and all apps i put in categories displaced out on the main screen. Have to redo it. So far didn't notice any major issues

Need to JB it again as cydia gone together with all the apps I download thro cydia

Juz connect to your PC , go for makan . When you are back unit would have been updated. It is all auto done, no need to watch over it

No, what I meant you can update it on a jailbreak ipad. After update, lose the jailbreak feature. Now have to wait for the Spirit guys to come out with new version, which apparently they are now working hard on it, hopefully within the next few days

You will lose all your cydia apps after update. Only jailbreak again will restore back these apps. Now just have to wait for the new spirit to be released.

Don't seem to see any obvious improvements. Supposed will improve wifi but all these while did not have any wifi problems

Just did a test after upgrading to 3.2.1, indeed the wifi strength/signal has been improved. It now always show full all around my house even when I'm upstairs when the router is downstairs about 30meters away with 4 walls in between. Before the update it was only 2 bars or sometimes 1.
