Hi all

I have been using the iPad 3G for almost a week now and I must say the iPad without 3G is 70% discount from the fun using the iPad. I gave the wifi iPad to my wife since she does not use it outside and alway limit in the house. So far I am happy with it using the camera kit and the keyboard dock. However, still cannot replace my MacBook pro at this moment. Hope it will be one day. For those who consider iPad, pls get the 3G version if possible.

Hi for those who bought the iPad from US, may I know whether I can claim the warranty in Malaysia when they launch the iPad in august? Thanks.

Lets hope we can get the international warranty in Aug.

It will be better if to subscribe multisim 1 line and cut the simnrather than using microsim.

Cut the sim. It is easier to cut. Now I am using 2 devices on sim, MacBook Pro and iPad, and iPhone. For me, it is better to bring less devices than carry more.

If asked, I would suggest to go for 3G iPad. No need to bring so many devices out and you can access the Internet anytime anywhere without turning your mifi or iPhone. Now I have 3 sims, one for iPhone, one for MacBook and one for iPad. Great portability.

I heard this case will cause problem if you want to touch the corner screen and it will cause the ambient light sensor not functional.

Currently using 3G 64gb with Maxis (self-cut Multisim 1 line). No problem.

For those who bought it from Australia and UK, what is the warranty like? Limited warranty or international warranty? Do they (UK or Australia) accept any warranty which bought in US? Please ask because it will be the same when it launch in Malaysia.

Currently, some of the 3G models which are having video streaming issue from ABC player, Air Video, CNN, Youtube and the iPad will freeze while watching. It has extensive thread in Apple forum.
