On that 3G-related note, I'm gonna try an experiment. I'm gonna bring the MiFi together with me, use the 3G iPad connecting to the internet with only the MiFi (3G off), try to move around as much as yesterday, and record the power drain.

Good observation there, bro. Sorry I did not responded to you this morning on Beejive, I was watching Lost Finale on the Apple TV. DND sign up already.

I guess even the Pogo Sketch is no different then. The quest for a "pointier" stylus continues. I have both Penultimate and Paperdesk, but writing using the Pogo Stylus/Sketch is gonna be just the same as writing with your fingers. Need a finer point writing device to properly jot things down like writing using a pen on a notepad.

I tried contacting Element Case by phone last night, nobody answered, goes to their voice mailbox. But I did get a response from them on the status of the order. Apparently they've printed a batch of shipping labels and that was what registered on the USPS site. The manufacturing company who did the Joule had manufacturing defects on the production of the Joule, and had to stop production to rectify it. Manufacturing has resumed, and supposedly it was either shipped last Friday, or today. I blasted them back with an "ultimatum" email for their lack of professionalism in informing their customers on what is going on and left them in the dark like this. Poor customer support and all. Worse case scenario, if it does get shipped today, that's another 10 working days of waiting for the package to come, which is the 7th of June.
Take it as what you will bro, I'm not even sure in what stage my order is. You may want to convey this to the guys in your bulk. I'm gonna wait until June 7th before considering filing a dispute.
