This is a good option for those who need to use the 3G networks once in a while. I 'd say is the cheapest. The card cost RM25 with RM10 available - internet charges is RM2 ( unlimited) per day. Tops up start from Rm10 ie a 5 days usage.
The card is valid for 90 days and if no topup it will be terminated. So you can keep the card for 90 days without using it , just topup RM10 and you will have 5 days usage

I have been testing it few days ; even though my place without 3G, the Edge services were good enough for my routine usage - general browsing, emails, RSS, tweets etc. I'd say compared with my pospaid 3G Celcom, it is comparable

Hi Tinkerbel, If you are talking about phone calling connection, Celcom will be the best in that area, and Digi is really weak.

I have both Digi and Celcom myself. I still can surf using Edge on Celcom, but digi is very weak and its hard to sustain Edge connection stablely.

I have no idea on Maxis.... Sorry

Depending what U use ur netbook for, it may be or may not be viable.

As to prices, it differs country from country. Go check it out on the Apple Stores.

i am still getting used to the ipad. you will require to purchase iworks for doc/excel/ppt if you need them. otherwise, it is as good or even better than your existing netbook.

i wonder what will be the free alternative to iworks. fyi, the numbers(excel) cannot save as .xls format if not mistaken.

me using lenovo on atom 1.66.. i know its slower than a mac..hehehe

u should probably look in garage sales anyway as others have mentioned, u shud tell us what do u want to do. because ipad is not a netbook, n it's not a mac it's good for comsuming content (surf, watch movies, ebooks) but not really good for creating content

It's a one-off code hence it most probably been used oredi. Your best bet is to see if a forummer here has recently placed an order and received a discount code, or go search the Internet deeper

Seems that I can't open the Zagg site. Too many people getting their stuff? Btw, I realised that when charging, it is best to turn ON the Flight Mode - OFF the Data Connection & Wifi as it will charged faster. Mine is 32GB, Wifi + 3G.

I like to know can I order Ipad from apple.com/sg directly and expect them to ship to my address in malaysia for free?

Cause when I fill in my address.. it seems that it doesnt recognise the Postcode... i dont dare to proceed...

I was considering getting an iPad but I realised that it doesn't have USB ports and neither does it have card readers!!! How am I meant to connect my BlackBerry to it or my camera? Is it worth getting? Advice Please!!!!!!
