Customs are not stupid lo, they tax the item based on value and selling price in malaysia ,not based on how much u buy in the UK and shipped over ... if 1 jersey cost RM 259 in Malaysia then 2 already more than RM 500... sure will get held by the customs... better pay or ur item will be stuck at the customs. ^^ Good luck

Yup Kitbag is trustable and please use Express shipping instead of Normal 1 if you don't want your item to get lost... Normal Royal Mail doesn't provide you with tracking so you can't track your item when it's despatch from the kitbag warehouse. UPS will be use for express shipping...

Edit : UPS will provided with tracking number and require signature... Normal Airmail don't have tracking and doesn't require signature upon collection.

I plan to purchase a jersey from Subside Sports, there are few options to choose for the shipping option. Which 1 is more reliable? the Royal Mail or pay extra £6 for DHL ?

They had make a mistake of placing the front numbering. the number should be below the USA badge for the player version.

Same case as yours?

What to do lo since they are selling to the world and sometimes there might be many orders coming in. Maybe there are still many people ahead of you who still haven't receive their item .. So the best thing to do is ask for a refund and place a new order once confirm 100% they having the stock... Also please do call them regarding the problem u face.. Dont email them.. Called them and let them know how u feel for their service.
And this are the recommended people in their customer service, do find them if u have any problem : Craig, Tony, Henry, Jenny... The rest of them are just helpless...

Currently i have been facing some problem with my parcel lost and after fill in the Denial of Recipt form, they suggest to resend the item for me, I ask 1 of the guy who is incharge of the resend of my item and i ask him wheather can or not resend the parcel through UPS.. Thn he mention can and he will request it... After few hours later, i called them again and this time is the other person who i dont knw her name, my order status had gone into picking and i called and ask regarding the process of it, i also mention about sending the parcel via Express, and guess what, " SHE TOLD ME THEY WILL SEND IT AGAIN THROUGH ROYAL MAIL " and i was like OMG, and ask them why they do promise me to send through Express for FREE during the first time i called... And i also after some arguement i asked for a refund and she denial the refund as it's currently being process... WTF .... I just Hang up... After a while i called and request to speak with Craig and he did help me to solve all the problem by providing me full refund and resend the thing via Express UPS ^^ ....
Now the item was in picking status and will be ship today ...

Thats my story and my purchase with Kitbag....

Edit : The Cancelled and Refunded, is the Spain shirt with World Cup Winners Embroidery , they cancel that order automatically due to unable to provide me the stock of the Item... But im ok with that as long they refunded the next day ...

Want to buy Hot or Popular selling item is like that... Need Sacrifice ... So better sacrifice first thn later on can wear the shirt you support with pride... If not can choose to buy those "cold market" ones which got knockout at the early stage of the match or those unpopular team... Than u can get the shirt faster without any problem, so the problem is will u wear it? or just make it as a pyjamas? xD Hahaha jkjk

Lose about RM 10 riggit lo... ... Must be careful next time when purchasing with kitbag...

You may try to check with SoccerAuthentics, he is selling around 30 USD i guess, not sure about others ...
