Guys really need your advise here. I've made a purchase with kitbag in early April and lodge a report since I still not received it after 17 working days. I chose refund and the money was credited to my account yesterday. ~ The story starts here ~ yesterday I received notification from pos malaysia to collect my undelivered parcel at post office and it turns to be my reported missing parcel and the date it was release by customs is about a month ago. So what should I do since I got both, my money back and also my parcel.

its not that i'm not patient enough but any undelivered parcel should be reported to kitbag within 30 days and 17 working days is almost a month.

that's why i'm so serba salah right now

my parcel just arrived today via ups, amounting to GBP65 (1.1kg). Declared to custom but need to pay nothing since it is below rm500 (stated in the customs declaration form)

some items are cheap but shipping to malaysia will cost you GBP 55.99

i have no problem with xpress delivery

when i look back at my previous "declaration of goods imported forms", freight declared by kitbag is rm58 (gbp11.85) which is the same with what they charge me.
It also stated there "BARANG2 BERCUKAI BERNILAI RM500 DAN KURANG DIKECUALIKAN DARIPADA DUTI/CUKAI MELALUI 172, PERINTAH DUTI KASTAM (PENGECUALIAN) 1988 DAN BUTIRAN 109, PERINTAHCUKAI JUALAN (PENGECUALIAN) 1980".

My purchase is 3 off-season jerseys amounting to gbp63.91 (including express shipping), dont know why kitbag need to declare this to malaysia customs
