Guys really need your advise here. I've made a purchase with kitbag in early April and lodge a report since I still not received it after 17 working days. I chose refund and the money was credited to my account yesterday. ~ The story starts here ~ yesterday I received notification from pos malaysia to collect my undelivered parcel at post office and it turns to be my reported missing parcel

QUOTE(ghoster @ May 19 2010, 11:14 PM) ur lucky day mate. i would keep em both if i were u. the thing is, u're not trying to con kitbag in the first place. but my advice is, next time be more patience its not that i'm not patient enough but any undelivered parcel should be reported to kitbag within 30 days and 17 working days is almost a month.my cousin also had similar case, he bought a few stuff from aston villa online store. long story short, he got both his money and his item This post has been edited by borgkye: May 20 2010, 06:34 AM |

QUOTE(nimrod2 @ May 20 2010, 12:57 AM) maybe or should?? QUOTE(dxjb @ May 20 2010, 03:31 AM) i dont think this is a case of dishonest or u trying to con kitbag la.. i really like your suggestion it sometimes happens..actually it happens a lot in normal day life.. im actually suprised no one suggested this but i would buy another item from ktbag wif the money u got back.. if the money is not enough, then add ur own money that u actually saved after getting the refund.. this way the money goes back to kitbag la in someway.. just my suggestion.. QUOTE(whoopa @ May 20 2010, 03:43 AM) that's why i'm so serba salah right now |

QUOTE(nimrod2 @ Aug 1 2010, 12:20 AM) and one thing to note, the charges kitbag charges their customers is different from what UPS charges kitbag. when i look back at my previous "declaration of goods imported forms", freight declared by kitbag is rm58 (gbp11.85) which is the same with what they charge me. thats why sometimes the shipping price varies greatly. It also stated there "BARANG2 BERCUKAI BERNILAI RM500 DAN KURANG DIKECUALIKAN DARIPADA DUTI/CUKAI MELALUI 172, PERINTAH DUTI KASTAM (PENGECUALIAN) 1988 DAN BUTIRAN 109, PERINTAHCUKAI JUALAN (PENGECUALIAN) 1980". My purchase is 3 off-season jerseys amounting to gbp63.91 (including express shipping), dont know why kitbag need to declare this to malaysia customs |
