Folks, could you advise how to differentiate the ori from retail (adidas, etc) and the non-ori. My friend gave one as a gift but I cant differentiate. I wore it to Adidas shop and even they said it is original?! rclxub.gif

I have read the first page and and some pages in between as well, still it aint clear to me.

Thanks.

will do...tomorrow. I know its not ORI but just looking at the material and the outlook (external), how to differentiate?

Internally its easy, serial no, sewing, etc. The adidas sales person felt (touch) my jersey material and said it looks ORI.!

Wait for pictures...ya nod.gif

Folks, its definitely non-ori as I said in previous post! biggrin.gif

I just wanted to know how would you differentiate from the outlook it self. The baju was presented by a friend to me. Its Grade A. The funny thing is when I walked into Adidas store, the sales person touched the jersey and said it is original, so I was laughing to myself. Even a sales person could differentiate on a first look.

But if you observer on closeup, one could find its faults, as pointed by most of you here, the sewing especially is a giveaway. But the material is very very close to the original (or the same) as I checked out at the Adidas store.

BTW, whats wrong with the wash label? The star, etc. It would helpful if you could pinpoint the wrongs.

I posted here, so that we all could learn to differentiate thumbup.gif

Let me know if you want me to post other country jerseys as well.

One thing you could do is to walk into an Adidas shop and see their washing tags (if you don't own an adidas shirt) and compare to yours and you'll know how to differentiate using the washing tags. Nike and Adidas both have distinct washing tags.

There's also a barcode tag (which is smaller and in square-ish shape) located either near the washing tags or the neck area. This Argentina jersey I have has the barcode tag at the neck. The barcode number should tally with the number on the Adidas tags.

I dont think the WC Jersey has barcode, but will check at adidas store. MIne has a SN number on the neck and the label.

The Argentina jersey is 100% fake.

I know its fake lah, my friend, but what makes you to determine its fake?

If you look at mine and the one posted by Renjiv2 here looks very similar.
And mine is here
