No wonder it looks familiar.

Actually the ones sold at la vanita.. the starball and respect patch, they are not made by SportingID. You can verify this with the singapore members..

as much as i hate fake stuff, some is still acceptable, for example, those patches u just bought jenglots smile.gif
those respect patch are almost impossible to find, if u think the DIY one looks good, the glue is good, just buy it for ur own satisfaction. if u want to re-sale em by sticking it on genuine jersy different story lor, really uncool biggrin.gif

Nah, its for my collection. I got a jersey with UCL NN for last season, so kind of incomplete without the patches.

That is a big disappointment, sold an DIY stuff but claimed it as original, anyway, if you are happy to apply it, there isn't any problem smile.gif

[QUOTE]looks abit weird to me. not so nice right?
feels like PSG kit, cos of the emirates

anyway back to the topic, let's just leave it at that la.
no need to start argueing here and all.
each of us have our own opinions. so not much use trying to force it on anyone.
lyn is not a my-fjc. so let's just get back to sharing about jerseys alrite.

btw, world cup sucks
all the matches has been boring thus far.

Of course I did. They insist its authentic.

who in actual person did you bought it from bro...?

in my opinion, it is not acceptable. These things cost quite a lot, plus it is a fake I think should be around S$20+ for both, right bro...?

And if you peel the Respect patch, it doesn't have the border around the word.

Loque, should go self collect bro. Heard of so many reasons packages are delay because of rain lah, no transport lah. Not acceptable standard but nothing much we could do.

i'd say that south korea did the best so far.
they played an open up tempo game and went for the win, and they were rewarded for it.
they're the only team to score goals thus far.

the other games are damn boring doh.gif

It's fake dear. There is nothing to compare because umbro never made this jersey (as a player's match jersey or training jersey).

In fact this was the 'false alarm' kit that was leaked previously as being rumoured to be England's new home kit... which was false

Agreed. Malaysians tend to sweep everything under the carpet, eh? Either that or most of them just keeps quiet and 'wishes' everything will go away. Mind you, most of us are very forgetful as well.

All I'm saying is, there will be unethical sellers out there. Ample warnings are posted here. Up to you to choose who do you want to buy from, just don't come back in here and complain about getting fleeced, when everyone told you to stay clear from such sellers.

Nuff said.

I learned a lot from this forum & also my-fjc & as a result I'm a more knowledgeable buyer now & no longer be duped into buying something that is not its actual worth.
It's all about ethics...some are ethical but some are not. What's more sad are the ones who claims to be ethical in selling but indeed they are actually plain manipulators. In my experience when I started to buy authentic jerseys, I actually don't know what the acceptable market price of certain jerseys which caused me to buy a jersey which is 2-3 times higher than what it's supposed to be worth.
A question, what do we call people who purposely buys a certain so called 'rare' jersey at RM200 then sells it back right away for RM500? Are they considered as normal retail resellers? I may sound bitter because I was a victim of these unethical sellers. I sold a jersey to a certain forumer for RM150 & in the next week it was already up for sale for RM400! I sold it cheap to help genuine collectors complete their collection but then what happened? Ethical sellers make a bit of profit but unethical ones purposely manipulates people into buying an expensive item and then make two folds profit in the process.

The only valid categories for those are...profit hunters.

I've never had experiences with these selling stuff to be honest. I've quite a number of multiple copies of shirts. No intention to sell them though as it is for personal collections only although I did let a friend have one of my WCC patch for RM10 before. Bought it at my-fjc for RM13 or so. It's just RM3 though so no big deal.
