hi mate, do check out the 1st page there is already partial answers to your question there in one of the FAQs i think, prepared diligently by our Jerseyman There can never be a strict rule to the centimetre to determine the placement, bear in mind shirt sizes ranges from S to XXXL, so the distance and gap will surely differ. There can only be a rough guide for centralling the NNs. and then its about preference also. Some like it higher, and some like it lower etc. Kitman are not gods, they do make the occassional errors at times too. And posting questions on DIY is more than welcome here as alot of us here do DIY printing. But no discussion on sale and promotion of fake jerseys though its not condone, thats the only restriction. enjoy

some kits, like the RM and some Bayern ones, do come witht the starball and BOH sewn on to it / preapplied. In fact, in USJ, there are plenty of stocks for RM last season 3rd shirt with the badges.

very likely the guide posted is one for Replica Sized patches (which is the norm in UK) instead of PS, hence the different placement. Anyway, personal preference prevails

ALI and Kitbag both sell authentic jerseys. ALI RRP is RM259 for new kits. As the season wears on the price may reduce, depending on factors like team's performance, sellability of the shirt etc.
KB for most kits they will be cheaper, especially now with the conversaion rate in our favour, and also since we are not charged VAT and there are discount links available etc so a new jersey may probably costs (after postage) around rm180-200. Also alot of offers from time to time on KB.

re eddiez_zz, as mentioned a number of times, most of us are relutant to put down a definite step by step guide on how to differentiate. To prevent any potential pirates to misuse any of those information to "improve" the fakes. Besides, there is no one rule. We all share experiences on this and learn that way.
So if you have doubts on any shirt put it up here with photos etc for discussion and the rest will help you check.
as a general guide, buy from reputable sellers and you will be safe. And remember - price is also a good indication.

you can buy EPL NNs loose and form your own name. for others you get the nns in pre-prepared sets only. Unless you buy online, from kitbag etc they may have option to personalise your own names but not for all kits. Im talking bout official nns here, if you want put own styel there is a shop in Pertama Complex that can do it for you.
take pics of tags, washing labels, badge, close up of the shirt, underneath the shirt (terbalik) etc
buy in UK, u might as well check out the respective online clubstores and sites like kitbag.com amd subsidesports.com, delivery here is not too exhorbitant, and u can always host a bulk with others to share shipping. Better and more secured.

haha redyap is right, but then again, jokes aside, just a reminder to all that this is a very patient hobby, so just do it within your budget, no problems. Keep your sights on a certain theme perhaps, so your collecting process will be more fun It is not about competing with others etc, its more of self satisfcation and enjoyment

but note that Qline NNs are RS and not PS. Sorry to say but Its virtually impossible to get old NNs apart from obscure sources online, which mostly sell them in sets anyway (like Bekcham 7, etc etc), since its no longer produced. Wiggy has them but the more signicant alphabets like "E", "O" "A" "R" and number "1" sold out so virtually useless in a way

Wiggy's namesets (from his own suppliers who produced the NNs for the respective teams in the past) obviously can be bought from Wiggy's online site. No store sells them here.

yup guisseppe is recommended seller. Do ask him questinos, he does sell som clone products (like the italy serie A patch) but he normally describes them as such. So if in doubt, ask him, he is normally frank with his answers.

Yup the NNs is not easy to find, and nope do not think you can custom make the official ones anymore.
Yup, customizing your jersey is your preference. But when you say "devalue", i assume you would be referring to economic resell value rather than intrinsic value, so yes, there would be a huge difference. It is virtually impossible to resell a shirt with your own name printed unless ur buyer shares the same name perhaps. Cos NNs, especiallyPU NNs hare hard to remove and will still leave glue stains even if done.

Hm without pictures etc cant really comment much. The fakes nowadays are very well done up. And the story that "can get from factories / warehouse straight" is the de-facto adopted "reason" for cheap sales. Having said that, one possible explanation is he could have sourced them directly from distributors (from Singapore likely) who do give discounts on large bulk orders which can be around that figure. But as long as it is authentic and legal then should not be a problem, any doubts just post more pics here when goods received then we can all see. If its the real deal, then its good news for buyers here to get cheaper shirts. If its not then buyers shall know to shun seller. Thats what the thread here and the myfjc forum is for to help protect interests of all genuine collectors here

bro rockasd , you have to click into each indivicual pics there to see the description of each individual shirts in that link. If you really want it, do take the effort to look into the shirts. The link has already been provided there graciously by schizophreak). If it is new the description will read "BNWT" ie brand new with tag or "BNWOT" ie brand new without tag. As adviced by other forummers above, classicfootballshirts description can be bit inaccurate - go for "one level up" - ie if it says "Very Good", it normally means "Good" only, if "Mint" it will be only very good (small pulls etc).
It is unlikely you will find BNWT for this shirt, and if got the price will not be cheap. Your other option would be on Ebay.
Good luck.

yup tight fitting the africa unity kit. shoulder length etc would be as per normal size u wear, but the fitting is hugging. So if u buy 1 size bigger it fits looser but the sleeves etc wil be bigger.

you can buy them from a number of wholesalers. There is one area of wholesellers in KL near time square (in fact get off Hang Tuah LRT and the stretch is next to the station) where you can get all types of stuffs - the cheap plastic covers cost around RM15 - 20 for every kg - which is about 40-50 pieces - these types u need to cut the holes yourself... then of cos you have the more expensive ones at various prices. And oh, it is a heaven ifu wan to get hangars and mannequins The wooden hangars i think cos an average of rm1 each if you buy in big bulks. But bear in mind to be careful with the plastic covers, especially when used to cover your shirts with PU NNs/ Sponsors. Do take the effort to flwp the plastic / shirt once in a while to make sure there is "breathing space" between the PU materials and the plastic cover. Dont worry it wont stick overnight, but if left unattended for a long period (weeks) then it will stick to it. Another thing to bear in mind when using plastic cover is you tend to neglect the weight it adds on to your shirt. One of my racks almost patah under the weight haha. As mentioned earlier, 40-50 pieaces would be an additional 1kg which is about 4 - 5 shirts extra weight.

re Beckzaidan, its not a shop, its a whole area of wholesalers. Its at Jalan Hang Tua. You can just go for a stroll there and take your pick. ?Mostly sell girl fashionwares etc but you can ask around the shops they will tell you where to et them.
as mentioned, easiest is to hop off Hang Tuah LRT station and start walking. The area in chinese is called "Ho Cheng Yuen".
