Anyway, here's what KB replied.

Your order at the moment is still in the warehouse as we are having some stock issues with the letters and numbers that we need to print your shirt. We are hoping to recieve some stock in very soon and will try our best to have your order to you as soon as possible. I apologise for any inconvenience caused.

I suspect that those who order late were told that it's out of stock, and they do have limited stocks maybe?

Just wondering when did you place your order? Mine was 16/7.
