There will be a Sale @ ALI for teams knocked out of WC2010, should be RM199 for these shirts. Pls call them up to confirm.

As for the comparison for sales @ ALI SP and Adidas @ SP, pls ensure that the shirts are like-for-like i.e. WC 2010 (or 10/11). You can't really compare 0910 and 1011 they are basically 2 shirts, 1 current season and 1 last season. Do take note.

@ky_khor - check out 1st page for tips. basically quite hard to remove PU.

VeeJay,

Sorry to dissapoint you, as I afraid its fake.

First pictures, the sewing is really2 bad. Look at the curve on right shoulder.. Really2 bad..

Washing tag, there shouldnt be any sizing inside. And the wash tag itself, really2 poor printed.

Last, which I can confirm its fake, the adidas and argentina crest.

This is based on my limited knowledge on jersey.

Maybe some other taiko can confirm this

Folks, its definitely non-ori as I said in previous post! biggrin.gif

I just wanted to know how would you differentiate from the outlook it self. The baju was presented by a friend to me. Its Grade A. The funny thing is when I walked into Adidas store, the sales person touched the jersey and said it is original, so I was laughing to myself. Even a sales person could differentiate on a first look.

But if you observer on closeup, one could find its faults, as pointed by most of you here, the sewing especially is a giveaway. But the material is very very close to the original (or the same) as I checked out at the Adidas store.

BTW, whats wrong with the wash label? The star, etc. It would helpful if you could pinpoint the wrongs.

I posted here, so that we all could learn to differentiate thumbup.gif

Let me know if you want me to post other country jerseys as well.

One thing you could do is to walk into an Adidas shop and see their washing tags (if you don't own an adidas shirt) and compare to yours and you'll know how to differentiate using the washing tags. Nike and Adidas both have distinct washing tags.

There's also a barcode tag (which is smaller and in square-ish shape) located either near the washing tags or the neck area. This Argentina jersey I have has the barcode tag at the neck. The barcode number should tally with the number on the Adidas tags.

I dont think the WC Jersey has barcode, but will check at adidas store. MIne has a SN number on the neck and the label.

it's those QR barcode, or some might call it the 3D barcode. It's the ones full of square boxes.

As for the Adidas shop guy...If i were you, i show him kaw kaw why is it fake. Not to humiliate him, but as an Adidas representatives he should know more about the item. What if one day he sneaked fake into the shop and sell it as authentic, and use the excuse "i thought it is authentic" to claim innocence?

Hiya!
Since we're talking on the subject, can I ask something about the 'barcode number should tally with the number on the Adidas tags" thingy?

I bought the new Liverpool 10/12 Home jersey from kitbag recently, and the barcode number & Adidas tag number DOES NOT tally. Is my jersey considered fake?
