Hi...

I have a external hard disk... I used less than 6 mths and the hard disk went boink... When I plugged the device to my laptop/desktop, they can detect the external hard disk but when I go to My Computer to click on the external hard disk icon, there is no icon... I cant open my external hard disk... Can u fix it pls? If can, how to pass to u my hard disk?
