Thanks for sharing notworthy.gif
You mean the review stated that the battery life is not good?
CULV + 6 cell battery and a 13 inch screen, the battery life should be above average hmm.gif

Any budget 15" laptop recommendation?

Any laptop CUDA enable (graphics that I can look into) that like 4x fast to rip a iPod video from MKV? Thanks in advance.

the first one is as cheap as possible (Core i3)

second one is to look to look into whether worth to price spend on CUDA or not. (I don't 3D game, but I am interested on CUDA thing)

Thank you.

The cheapest one should be Asus A52Jc, i3 370M + nVidia 310M@RM22xx..

thanks, does that Asus i3 370M support 4GB RAM per DIMM?

the different between i3 and i5 is Turbo Boost right? Many thanks.

How does nVidia 310M fair out? Is there a new nVidia refresh? Thanks, thanks.

Supposedly support 4GB, but didn't tried it..

Mainly is Turbo Boost, i5 has higher thermal junction (105C vs i3's 90C )

310M is one of the weakest nVidia available right now...
Latest one is 400M series, but in 15'', you would need to up your budget,
Acer 5742G, i5 560M + nVidia GT420M@RM2999
Dell XPS 15, i5 460M + nVidia GT420M@RM2999

The GT420M is significantly better than 310M...

ohh thx for the info
the larger the number the larger the capacity right?
but it is not necessary for a larger capacity of battery that can withstand longer right?

Larger the mAh and Volt, larger the capacity..

As can stand longer or not, depends what system you are comparing, especially its power consumption...
