Hello everyone... Im planning to get a D3000 18-55 kit ( I've stopped using my Olympus because it dissapoints me ... lol ) ... but I have some questions that need answering... Someone is selling it second-hand for RM 1350. With 14k shuttercount. Sounds like a really good deal to me lo... but Im here for opinions if this is a good deal. =)

last time u headache want Nikon or Olympus, now hate Oly d?  laugh.gif
finally succumbed to dark side d  tongue.gif
anyway, how old is d D3000? 14k SC seems quite high to me
LOL general_nic you remembered me !!

Yes, i think i made a mistake choosing the Oly... lol... for reasons i have discovered after using it for 8 months. Expensive and limited lens choice etc. ( much more to say, but that would be out of topic ) Succumbed to the dark side, I have. wink.gif
Will probably stay with Nikon after this...

Yes 14k is quite high but the purchase date is January 2010... so its really quite new and all. But i think shutter count below 20k doesnt really affect it much ? Will thank you for your advice again general. laugh.gif

With RM 1.2k you can get a D3000 kit second-hand. Better get D3000 if u considering D60.... ^^

Thanks. That time was having a party for Dad and uncles, pictures were taken hastily. No time to frame it properly. blush.gif

anyone bought this remote before ? http://shashinki.com/shop/rme2-wireless-in...ll3-p-1388.html
it says here that it is similar to Nikon's ML-L3 remote.... means can be used on my D3000 also ?
Looking for a cheap wireless remote.... RM 59 for a Nikon remote is a bit... shakehead.gif

Thanks for the replies ! The remote can also be used for bulb shooting mode right ? Press the remote button and release only when i want to ?

Considering the remote... haha... maybe i ask shashinki to test on a D3000 first. =S
