You can change your nationality in the RSS website. Follow the steps below:

• Click on 'My Game Info' and change nationality.
  
• If that doesn't work, you can post your character name here and me or Carlits can change it for you. =]

I've already posted my reply on it Pain, thank you for pointing it out. =]

The counter is for your "Party Points". Those are the points you get for team games during event matches. You can see info on the posts I made on the promotions. =]

If your pertaining to characters in chaos form use potions, yes potions are usable disregarding the state of the character. The only reason it won't work is when the character is dead. =]

According to our server team, there is nothing wrong with your dxdiag configuration. According to them, you might be getting those freeze instances from your system and not from the game client. The freeze instances you get may be caused by your mother board or your ram. Its not a fatal problem for you to be bothered and change those mentioned hardware, but you'll only be experiencing the same result everytime you'll be running Rakion.

We recommend you ask for technical assistance on your PCs configuration. Do ask for help from PC technicians to fix your problem.

Actually its more like the peer to peer connections from users on various locations of SEA. The reason why you'd experience lag other than that of your systems, if because your ping (ms) cannot match the connection speed of the people in your room.

If you try to connect more to PH rooms, you'd experience more frequent frame lapses because your connection speed will try to match the pings of your opponents. Its not your fault but the difference between the connection speed of ISPs in your location and the ISPs on the location of your opponents. =]

I'm having your accounts checked to see the problem, in the mean time, can both you guys PM me your character names (exact spelling) so I can try to set you back to Malaysia. =]

The freeze problem you get from Rakion, according to our server admins are not caused by your location and connection to the game. Its as they say, in your system. I do recall experiencing the same "freeze" scenario on another game in the office PC I use.

I believe there is no more I can do to asses the issue on your side. But I'll see if we find some other solution to it.

You need to get enough Party Points to purchase them. You can purchase them at the website.

We're well aware that MY and SG are having problems connecting to the servers. (And at the same time I'm having problems connecting to Lowyat.NET as well. )

The problem is not on server side but on the ISP we use here in the Philippines.

I've quoted a letter which one of our system administrators sent out to give you an idea on how bad a problem we're getting.

Note: I've concealed the ISPs identity for confidentiality reasons.

With that said here, we apologize for any inconvenience you're also experiencing.

Greetings all, I've posted this same message in the mobiusgames forums.

This is to inform everyone that we still have problems with Internet Access for international websites and International Players will have difficulty connecting to our game servers. Our local ISP has informed us that they are still on going with troubleshooting. Please note that local sites, especially Mobiusgames websites and forums, are accessible by users within the Philippines.

To subscribers trying to connect from MY and SG, you will be experiencing problems connecting to the game servers because they are mostly hosted within the Philippines. Again, we apologize for the inconvenience.

Regarding those who have not gotten their elemental armbands due to connectivity problems from SG and MY, we are currently devising a solution to make the bracers available for those who did not get them.

Rest assured that the connectivity issue is our main priority, and we appreciate your continued support and patience.

Your other questions are being reviewed and will be answered at the soonest time possible. =]

Like what I've said before, the error you're probably getting is within your PC's system.

One of our system admins suggested that you ask your PC parts vendor on why Rakion isn't working on your setup. Our system admins guarantee that the game runs on any normal installation and the error you're getting is definitely caused by something in your system.

Other than that, there is nothing more we can do for your case.

I've already made a thread for such technical problem queries. You can check at the end of my post.

Actually, the answers I give are not directly from me. I forward your queries to our helpdesk and system admins and inform them of the details of your problems since they can better assess your problem.

Sorry for not being able to frequent LYN, I've been busy. I'll try to check as much as I can from time to time.

UPDATE: RSS will no longer have the Halloween patch deployed for our servers. This was recommended to us by Softnyx themselves. However, we are working to have the Enchantment Party patch up as soon as we can (after we're done testing the patch updates they sent us). Please rest assured that we are doing everything we can to give our subscribers the same things RIS players are experiencing.
