About the tile arrangement, it's already exist by default in Windows 8.

About the tiles appearance, I used this OblyTile. You can use custom tile icon for it. Tile icon should be pretty easy to find on Google now. I however, made some myself

As for the Metro UI background, I used Deco8. You can customize more than just changing the background

eh no wonder, im using vanilla Windows 8 atm hence i was like huh? got such function?

i used Decor8 before, but damn its expensive USD4.99. ill wait to see if Windows 8.1 will release any features like Decor8 before deciding to purchase

gotta say, the OblyTile is sure interesting. the default ones are urgh (ugly)

Why the Horo wallpaper like cacat one kind one?

been using this wall for long time.. didnt find wallpaper good enough to replace this..

just out of curiosity, where u guys get the wallpaper?
last year im subscriber from animepaper, but this year im not..now normal user cant go in cos they lack of staff and resource..
sad now..
