I received a letter from TA Group, inviting me to a launch of the Azelia residences on April 23, 2 weeks in advance of the soft launch on 7 May. There are 2 designs for sale, you can see on their website.

I gave the office a call and they are selling at RM600 per sq ft. The price per unit would be at an estimated RM1.2million.
