During the Live Event for DA square on FB they mentioned that annexe will be launched by end of the year. supposed to be in 2018 but it is now delayed by 3 years. the development will also take 5 years to complete. Initially thought that could enjoy the retails and convenience at annexe but guess now we have to wait.

While the blugard is probably the vendor for resident (private) unit access control and smart home

I remember the sell sheet also mentioned smart maintenance fee payment for residents. Good to have a system like this. If the access doors are smart, then we could easily find which resident is not paying their dues and instantly bar them from shared facilities through door access

DO anyone remember if out S&P or sell sheet mentioned Samsung Smart Home. or just Samsung Smart Door Lock only?

not sure about S&P, but i checked the Ativo Booklet, it is stated "True-I Smart Home" and "Samsung Digital Door Lock"...i remember other than the doorlock, the intercom and camera is samsung as well...hopefully thats the case..

So....according to this, Annexe retail podium should be 2018 (done by now)...and the serviced apartment launched by now. It is already the 1st quarter of 2021 now.

According to this website, Annexe in 2020 (covid came so yeah)

During the virtual launch of DA Square, they mentioned Annexe by end of 2021..and the entire master plan to be done in 10-15 years (not sure how many times they have repeated this, or how they define 10-15 years ? from which stage onwards)

And now according to this source, 1st quarter of 2021, another delay..so i guess we will never see Ativo Annexe or the rest of the master plan. i will probably be in my retirement age by the time the master plan is done..(or maybe not).
