Like say before, No much people can notice the difference IPS and TN display color. Same go to this issue. You may have this issue, but you didn't/can't notice it. But some people will notice while that is important part for him.

if i do work just using the middle part of the screen is aint problem at all... this monitor is sweet with this price...

but if i just need the center part... what for i bought 23"...

looks like your eyes are sensitive to that.well,if that's your 3rd unit already then there's no helping it.Looks like LG's QC sucks real bad this time [they are pretty much the only company making eIPS panels]

But i really can't notice the tinting,but i can notice the difference in colour,on the spot.

Actually my U2311H also has the tinting issues i.e right side brighter than the left side.

Its noticeable on white or grey backgrounds. But its not a big matter for me since I don't do any photo editing or PS.
Also, chances of getting a replacement set with same issue is high so I chose not to change it..haha. Don't want get frustated..haha.

Since I game and watch movie more. So not really matters. I got used to it after 2 months..haha.

just called them postponed to 12 oct.

yup~ for gaming and movie this monitor is gorgeous...

but for me always dealing with static graphic its really annoying...

There's someone in this forum who sell Dell's products at very cheap price, U2311H at RM650 includes 5 years premium warranty.

There is Risk for it.
cheap thing might not be good.
i got from Dell Sales person, then he guide me all the way until i got my pixel free unit. =)

U2410, my dream resolution panel but... way too expensive to my budget LOL... but right now I'm ok with 1080p
As for this model, I think only real graphics professional will take it, as the IPS is really target at those who really needs 99.9% accurate colors and etc.
If someone complains about U2311H, well then I would really suggest up your budget to get U2410, the review is also quite good, but not great.

Just got my U2311H, it's so frigging long ! It's shorter than my 19 inch 4:3 that it feels like a downgrade somehow LOL

haha that's why i go 27" after 19"..
19" non-wide is nice btw..
