If you read some review, they said that the IPS panel has some overclock built in so 8ms is not as slow as it is. And also 8ms is good enough, you won't notice much blurring.

TN panel is known to produce fast response time, 2ms - 5ms but IPS panel is known for superior colour reproduction, at the expense of 'slow' response time which is 8ms for U2311H, but still acceptable man.

Oh ya, please don't put too high hope on U2311H because it's sort of a 'low end' IPS panel, it cannot show as many colours as other high end IPS panels but hey, compare that to TN panel and you shall have nothing else to say tongue.gif

Well, if you speak to Gavin, you can get 649 with 5 years warranty, which might be a good deal, either way even the 'low end' IPS panel colour reproduction is superb compared to any TN panel, and the difference it outright noticeable, unlike 5ms and 8ms biggrin.gif

u have to pay RM130 more to get BS2350. & IPS panel definitely beat TN panel.although U2311 using "low-end" IPS panel, but still awesome.
8ms - 2ms=6ms(But its milliseconds, who can see the difference^^) if 8s compare to 2s thn its a big big difference.
U2311H comes with 3 years premium panel warranty which means 1 to 1 exchange even a single dead pixel found.
will strongly recommended U2311H.coz i'm getting 1 too!hahaha...

u oso can go read user review in dell website.mayb cnet review oso can.^^do more research.
u will know more & u will get it worth.

Dell ST2321L , there are seller here selling bargain for this model. If you are outstation, not choosy or brand specific, choose Dell. TN panel, LED backlight.

Guys, need opinion here.

Will you choose U2311H (RM650 with 5 years warranty) or U2410 (RM 880 with 1 weeks warranty) ?

My main purpose is on design and photoshop.

If the U2410 is Rev 01 then go for that, if it's Rev 00 go with the U2311H.

@DarkNite: No IPS with LED backlit readily available right now IIRC.
