Wanted to buy 1 unit last time when launch abt rm400k but feel too small and expensive so didn't buy.... now

and maybe will keep flat or even go down even more after all the new ones complete...? i thought great eastern mall quite good business, thats what my expat friend and colleagues say anyway... isn't it strange m suites so nearby but not keeping up?

yes the prices have been flat and will continue to be flat or drop down.. at leasr 4k condos coming up..

i think pipu dun like M suite cos the facade n color looks very normal

Actually the rental now is picking up. Rental wise its almost all taken up. But no demand on buying the condo yet. Lets wait and see.
