I was wondering is there any good way to diet while bodybuild?
I'm actually counted as over weight since I'm 175cm/92kg... I'm a type of person which is eat less gain more..
Wondering any method can help me to avoid getting more fat than before? And I can build some muscle?
How to actually keep fit+bodyguild?
