Congratulation on your Mazda 2. I think it depends on the SA. I am also buying for Prima Maz in Penang. I booked on 14 March and got the car on 22 April. But it normally takes a week for the AP things to settle in JPJ and Puspakom. I saw my car like 1-2 weeks before the car is out. Even i got my car plate no 1 week before I collect my car. It's probably due to JPJ and Puspakom delay. When you asked you SA when your car will arrive, i think he gave u the date when the car arrived but not the car completed the process and ready to go on road.
My SA is Mag and he is pretty good in his service. Anyway, good to know that there are more people buying Mazda 2 in Penang. Hardly see one on the road.
