1st you call them

Make appointment and then get ready some info for the article/news/promotion that you want to publish.

Call the relevant reporters, or worse case call the newspapers and tell them. See who free to come over and cover.

i mean if i have a news article and wish to publish to newspapers.. how do i send to them? directly email to their editor?

What i learn from corporate last time is you really need to know the reporter and have connection else they wont appear

First off U will need to identify which desk the news is most suited for. Next, contact a reporter or the Editor of that desk and send your news through; U can do that via email or fax.
