the front is 4" if i'm not wrong...back is 5"...change the front to 6.5" comp sets but leave the back as 5" but go for 2 way...for more bass add an active sub below the seat or change the back to 6x9" 2 or 3 way

i think i don't have enough money to add on another speaker on the front door :/ i have a very low budget.. i think i can only afford changing the dashboard and the back door's speaker only.. any recommended speakers? btw i'm using back the 2DIN stock HU

I have a myvi and I've done little to the car... but wud wanna share how i make my music sound better in myvi...

I'm still using stock player. Initially, I also complained about no bass, so I fix an active subwoofer... price range from rm400- rm1500. I got alpine unit... priced median of the range.

Really satisfied with it... you can control your bass, how heavy or hard you want the bass to be, that subwoofer fits just nice under the front seat, no need buy amplifier cos it's embedded already.

Recently, I changed my front 4" speakers to Mohawk coaxial speakers. That speaker is not bassy (well, can't expect 4" speaker to be bassy la.. so small) but it is clearer than the original speaker. Now i have a comfortable clear n bassy sound system.

Added on May 15, 2010, 4:28 pmbtw.. coaxial speaker = tweeter + 4" woofer... so no need cut hole at front door...
